Falmouth Fairfax warmly welcomes Michael Bentil to the team, heading up our Real Estate Finance recruitment.

Michael started his recruitment career in 2018 working in the industrial and construction sector. Having then spent a few years in operations management for a health social care provider, he returned to recruitment to carve a specialism for himself in the finance sector initially working for EMEA Recruitment as a Senior International Finance Consultant, and then at SR Group/Brewer Morris as an Associate Director. In both roles he worked across the finance role spectrum and has covered all levels of seniority within the finance industry, with a particular expertise in the Benelux region. His clients spanned the public sector, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, pharmaceuticals, transport, and construction sectors.

With a wish to become a sector specialist within finance recruitment, Michael joined Falmouth Fairfax to drive forward and grow our real estate finance desk, leveraging on his real estate exposure gained to date with clients such as a leading pan-European logistics company. Michael covers all finance functions at all levels of seniority across both the UK and European markets and is focused on connecting clients with the right talent, and candidates with the right opportunities. Clients describe him as proactive and understanding, while candidates find his approach resourceful, positive, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for them.

When not at work, Michael enjoys photography and spending time with his partner and young son.
