A leading, highly acquisitive pan-European industrial and logistics platform is seeking an Analyst to join their growing Asset Management team. This individual will focus on the UK and French portfolios, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Asset management analysis on asset repositioning, refurbishment and developments

  • Ad hoc analysis to evaluate scenarios including sell-hold

  • Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials for vacant units

  • Assisting with driving income through leasing and other asset management initiatives

  • Liaising with third party leasing agents and assisting with sourcing occupiers and closing lease transactions

  • Reviewing and analysing asset reports

  • Assisting with asset strategy and budgeting

  • Ownership of reporting

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 12-18 months of relevant experience in real estate financial modelling, ideally focused on leasing and asset management scenarios

  • Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to create complex models from scratch

  • Industrial and logistics would be highly desirable

  • French language skills are a strong preference

  • Exposure to leasing transactions and exposure to negotiation of said leases would be helpful but not essential

With significant capital to deploy and a track record acquiring in the more challenging recent market, this role is an exciting opportunity to join an active, dynamic leader in the I&L space. The successful individual will also have the opportunity to work on asset management tasks, in addition to the analytical responsibilities, with an eventual pathway into a pure asset management role.
