About the Company - A dynamic, rapidly scaling developer operator in the global data centre market is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Asset Management team working on high impact, high return projects.
About the Role - This individual will help drive and manage performance across the asset lifecycle from acquisition to construction planning, development completion, customer engagement, and asset stabilisation.
Responsibilities -
Ownership of asset management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Accountable for asset business plan and performance, managing operating and development budgets
Production of draft recommendations for senior leadership and shareholders on asset business plan decisions and development strategy
Ongoing monitoring of asset performance versus the underwritten business plan
Production of detailed financial analysis on development and operations progress
Performing investment analysis on critical leasing and capital expenditure decisions
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Required experience and skills -
You will be able to demonstrate:
5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, development management, asset management
Experience with data centre and/or large logistics plots
Experience with complex development and construction is a positive
Must be a good communicator and able to present reports both written and orally
Experienced in developing sophisticated financial models (essential)
Pay range and compensation package -
The basic salary will be dependent on experience, but the likely salary range is £90,000 - £120,000 plus a PE level bonus and a range of benefits.
