Risk Assessor – Home based Thames Valley

We are working with a leading property company with an impressive multi-billion-pound residential private leasehold portfolio across the UK.  They are currently looking for a Fire and Health & Safety Risk Assessor to join their rapidly growing team and overseeing their portfolio in the Thames Valley / M4 corridor.

Remuneration:
£35,000 - £40,000 + benefits package + bonus.
home based role.

The Role:
The Fire and Health & Safety Risk Assessor will join a growing team and will undertake site-based internal and external common parts risk assessments across their residential portfolio along the M4 corridor.  The portfolio consists of all private lease hold blocks and the Risk Assessor will report into the Property Management team for this area.

The majority of the initial work will be Type 1 fire risk assessment and report writing using Safety Culture software and assisting the property teams to produce remedial work schedules. The role will be home based with expected site visits 3 – 4 times per week.  The company are happy to provide training to develop the individual to undertake Type 2 & 4 EWS surveys in the future as well and develop their fire and H&S qualifications.
 
Requirements:

• ISOSH / NEBOSH qualification

• Experience in conduction Fire and H&S Risk Assessments within residential blocks.

• Good knowledge of the fire and H&S legislation and technical standards

• Good communication and report writing skills with strong organisational ability to homebased working.

• Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel
