Development Project Manager - Industrial and Logistics
We are working with a leading Pan European industrial and Logistics investor with £1+ billion AUM who are looking for a Development Project Manager to join their London team. Reporting into the head of development you would take a 360 cradle to grave role overseeing the delivery of their industrial sites with a predominantly UK focus but some travel to Europe.
Remuneration:
£80,000 - £95,000 + benefits package + Bonus
The Role:
The Development Project Manager will be based in their London office and have oversight of the full development cycle from input into the development appraisals and construction due diligence through design and planning to tender and management of the external consultant and contractor teams in delivery to completion. However, the role is biased towards the project delivery RIBA 3 – 6 aspects. The projects will be a mix of new build, heavy refurbishment and asset repositioning with the majority of their portfolio being small / mid box 20,000 Sqft – 200,000 Sqft (£3 million - £30 million) sites. They have been exceptionally active over the last 24 months and therefore have a solid development pipeline and so this is an excellent time to join the business.

Requirements:
MRICS qualified with a degree in Construction Project Management or Real Estate
Solid experience leading the 360-development process of Industrial new build and refurbishments with construction costs between £5 million and £30 million.
Commercially astute and natural leadership ability with good stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Strong communication and organisation skills to work within a fast passed environment.
