Company Overview

A privately owned prime real estate company focused on the investment, development and management of prime central London property is seeking a residential Senior Property Manager. The business manages luxury apartments in Mayfair and is looking to expand this across prime central London.

The Role

This forward-thinking and growing business is searching for an ambitious and entrepreneurial member of staff to lead the asset and residential management business including existing clients and the pipework of developments completing in the coming 18 months and beyond. Reporting to the Development Director this individual will be responsible for the overall management of the residential property portfolio, currently comprising super prime multi-unit residential developments. Role responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensuring all properties are maintained and compliant

  • Responsibility for all onsite staff and the internal team, and the appointment of external parties

  • Ensuring all post development completion matters are in place

  • Maintaining investor and private client relations

  • Setting up the Man Co. and block management for development properties completing

  • Budget setting and financial planning

  • Monthly financial reports – prepare and present financial summary reports

  • Major works consultation and management

The ideal candidate will have the drive, experience and vision to establish a market-leading property management business covering a mix of in-house investors and external clients. The contracts will be a mix of private residence management, Assured Shorthold Tenancy management and overall Block management.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Relevant Property Management professional qualifications.

  • A good understanding of building maintenance

  • An understanding of the legislation relating to the management of residential property law

  • Able to understand complex legal documentation e.g.; Leases is essential

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety including COSHH, RIDDOR and carrying out risk assessments is essential

Remuneration

The salary range for this position will be dependant on prior experience but is likely to be up to c. £75,000, and in addition there are benefits and bonus on top.
