Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real Estate and Development

As a start-up we have experienced exceptional success over the last two years working with clients across the investment, development and management space, a sector that is expected to continue growing dramatically over the next decade. Due to further instructions from our existing clients and planned expansion across the complementary property consultancy market we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the FF team.
What we offer:
Basic salary of c. £35,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
Uncapped leading commission / bonus structure OTE £70,000 - £120,000+

The role:
The successful Recruitment Consultant will join the team at our Victoria office and be responsible for recruiting across the property consultancy market through a combination of executive search, retained and contingency recruitment methods for roles within investment, capital markets, analysts, L&T, project and development management, building consultancy, development monitoring, property management and ESG.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process and the salient parts of role will include:
Developing business with prospective property and real estate consultancy practices
Meet with clients to understanding their requirements and consult on the best attraction strategy
Search and Selection of candidates through advertising, market mapping and head hunting
Advising clients & candidate through the interview and on boarding process
Consulting with clients on competitor analysis, salary benchmarking and market advice
Due to the nature of our market much of the candidate sourcing is through head hunting and networking so experience in this area would be advantageous. You will be joining an experienced team with both directors having over a decade of experience within this space and we will work with you to establish your client base and become an expert within the Real Estate and Construction market. Our business operates with a flat structure, and we want everyone to work as an integral member of the Falmouth Fairfax team and be able to input into the success and direction of the company.
What we are seeking:
Educated to degree level
At least two years’ experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within the Real Estate, Construction or Property field.
Track record of building successful client and candidate relationships
Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success
Fun and adaptable person to work within a start-up culture
