Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor – High-end Residential and Hotel projects
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional project and cost management consultancy who focus on the high-end development market. As a medium sized practice, they bring a fresh innovative approach to leading their high-profile clients’ projects across the UK, US and Middle East. Due to further expansion and need in their international team they are looking for a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the London office with opportunity to travel worldwide.
Remuneration:
£70,000 - £85,000 + Benefits + profit linked Bonus

The Role:
The Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a driven and social team in their London office. You will initially be assigned to the international desk focusing on the delivery of a large high-profile £100+ million hotel development and therefore they are looking for someone who is interested in international travel as part of their role. Future project will range from c.£5 million to £100+ million across EMEA and US and will all be focused on the high-end residential and hotel sector.
The core role will oversee the 360-cost management across the project lifecycle from in initial feasibility and cost plan through tender, cashflow variations to final accounts. The Directors of the company have built up exceptional reputations with a cross section of tier one clients so you will gain exposure to some amazing schemes. They are a dynamic business and due to their growth plans they are looking for bright, commercially astute and entrepreneurial individuals who are also fun, individual and have ideas to contribute.

Requirements:
MRICS qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying
6+ years’ experience running 360 projects preferably within the high-end hotel or residential sectors
Experience in an Employers Agent role would be advantageous
Good stakeholder management and an interest in traveling internationally for projects (currently Caribbean, US and Middle East)
Personality: Fun, social, ambitious and commercials astute.
